These terms govern your use of this site, operated by Willbuy Co., Ltd. (“we”). The site sells products from two brands — Good Morning Good Night (gmgn) and O:rosy — directly to customers in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.
1. Scope
- — By using this site you agree to these terms.
- — If we change them, we will post the change here 7 days before it takes effect, or 30 days before where the change is to your disadvantage.
2. Your account
- — Signing in with Google makes you a member. There is no separate registration and no password to set.
- — We set no age limit, but if you are under 14 you must have a legal guardian's consent to use the site.
- — To close your account, write to us at the address below. We delete your data without delay, apart from order records we are required by law to keep.
3. Orders and shipping
- — We ship to the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. The currency shown and the shipping terms depend on the country you connect from.
- — An order is placed when we receive it; payment method and billing are arranged separately after we confirm the order.
- — We dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on customs clearance in your country.
- — Import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are paid by the recipient.
- — Items restricted from import may not be shippable to your country.
4. Prices and currency
- — Prices are set in Korean won and converted to your currency at a reference rate we maintain.
- — The reference rate is managed in our admin tools, and the converted figure is shown for your reference.
- — Prices may change without notice, but the amount of an order already placed does not change.
5. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
- — Before dispatch, write to us at the address below and we will cancel your order.
- — You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
- — Withdrawal may be limited where food packaging has been opened or the contents used, or where the value of the product has clearly diminished.
- — Where a product is defective or differs from what you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
6. Product information and recommendations
- — Our recommendation feature selects products based on the answers you give.
- — Recommendations and product descriptions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or take medication, please consult a doctor or pharmacist first.
- — Claims about our products follow Korean food labelling rules. Labelling standards differ from country to country.
7. What you may not do
- — Sign in with someone else's account, or scrape the site automatically
- — Interfere with the running of the site or attempt to bypass its security
- — Reuse our product images or descriptions without our permission
8. Limits of our liability
- — We are not liable for failure to provide the service for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disaster or network failure.
- — Nothing in these terms reduces the rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
9. Governing law and contact
- — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- — Any dispute may be brought before the court with jurisdiction over our registered address.
